Beginning June 15th DHS will begin outdoor, face to face, summer workouts for our Strength and Conditioning Program. For more information regarding this protocol and for the updated schedule please read through the following document: DHS 2020 Outdoor Summer Strength and Conditioning
A key reminder as we begin this process, is that athletes MUST remain in their specific workout group. They will not be allowed to change groups or session times due to COVID 19 contact tracing. Due to this, if athletes are late to workouts they WILL NOT be allowed to participate.
Multi-sport athletes should attend the session of the sport that happens first in their school calendar year. Athletes who participate in a fall sport, will attend their fall sport session.
Athletes who have already signed up and paid for Summer Weights and Conditioning DO NOT need to sign up again. We have your student’s information and are simply changing the format of the program. If you have not signed up, please make sure to complete the google form for sign up and the Venmo for payment.
